ROOF REPLACEMENT UPDATE

UPDATE week 6.

Six weeks in and what a great deal has been achieved, thanks to all the dedicated helpers.

Roof finished, birds nest lighting wiring all replaced and 5 additional LED strip lights installed.

Sun glasses are available in the PPE locker!

Additional insulation work has been carried out by a dedicated team of fitters, Colin and crew.

Week 7 will be the start of the ring main rework, again there are some interesting cable runs at present.

All cabling removed thus far has been placed in a scrap bin ready for selling at the scrappy. Be interesting to see just how much is achieved. The money will support the general fund that benefits all members.

All areas have been given a further clean, best to keep on top of it before the next major internal construction work, the plaster board ceilings that will hopefully start week 8 together with the external plywood underneath the front canopy.

Short and sweet report this week even though it has been long hours and very busy.
