4. 18th November we had a visit by Jacqui our ASDA Community Champion to present us with the giant cheque, kindly granted by ASDA Foundation. This generous grant will help us get our Shed back to normal and continue to provide tools and facilities for our members. Thank you Jacqui for your commitment to us, and your guidance in preparing the grant application.

4. Am sure you will be indulging in a chocolate or two over the festive season. Jacqui is collecting the empty tubs that cannot recycled in the normal way but are processed separately. The company carrying out this process has kindly offered to process these tubs and in return make a donation to MacMillan Cancer Support. So if you have any empty tubs, bring them to the Shed and I will get them to Jacqui. The closing date of the offer is middle of January 2025. Thanks in anticipation.
